Online GIVING

Getting Started:
  • First Time Donor? Click “First Time” and setup your Donor Profile.
  • Already a registered donor? Simply enter your Email and Password.
  • Forget your password? Click “Forgot Password”.
Setting Up Your Donor Profile:
  • Enter your email address and password.
  • Password must be at least 8 characters and must contain a combination of letters and numbers.
  • Remember these login credentials! You will need them to access your Donor Profile.
One Time Gift - Cards:
  • Log in by entering your email address and password.
  • Select which fund you would like to donate to from the drop down list.
  • Enter your donation amount.
  • Add your card information and billing details.
  • Click “Submit” to process your donation.
One Time Gift - eChecks:
  • Log in by entering your email address and password
  • Select to “Use Check” located at the top right of your screen or select ACH/eCheck from the drop down menu
  • Select which fund you would like to donate to from the drop down list
  • Enter your donation amount
  • Add your bank account information
  • Click “Authorize” to submit donation
Automatic Recurring Donations - Cards:
  • Log in by entering your email address and password
  • Select “Scheduled Giving” on the left-hand navigation
  • Select which fund you would like to donate to from the drop down list
  • Enter your donation amount
  • Select the frequency, number of installment and start date
  • Add your card information and billing details
  • Click “Activate Schedule” to start your recurring donation schedule

Text Giving

Donor Guide:
  1. Text the amount you would like to give to 406-333-1625
  2. If you are a first time, text-giving donor you will be prompted to visit a secure URL.
  3. Once you click the registration link, you will enter your credit or debit card information.
  4. At this point, your donation will process.
  5. You will see a confirmation text showing your donation and registration were successful.
Tips for Future Text-Giving Donations:
  • If you only text a monetary value, the funds are attributed to tithes & offerings (Ex: $50 = will go to tithes & offerings).
  • If you text “Funds” you will receive a reply text including a list of the fund names you can choose to donate to.
  • If you text the amount + fund name– the funds will be attributed to that fund name (Ex: $10 Building).
  • If the fund name you texted does not match- you will receive a message with a list of fund names for you to choose from. Respond with the number of the correlating fund.
  • If you text “Help” you will receive a reply text that states: “To give enter the amount you want to give, such as 100. You can also give to a specific fund by typing it after your amount, such as 100 building fund."
  • If you text “Reset” you will receive a reply text that states: “Saved card information successfully removed. Please register your card information again when making your next gift by texting an amount to this number."

Mobile Giving (Coming Soon)

Getting Started:
  • Launch the app store from your device and search for "Elexio Community."
  • Login or create a donor profile to give to New Life
  • Once logged in, make a donation by tapping the “+” icon.
Giving a Donation:
  • Enter your donation amount.
  • Select which fund you would like to donate to from the drop down list.
  • Select Payment Method
  • Tap “Add new payment method” and add your card information and billing details or use the “Quick Scan” feature to scan your card information. You can also input your bank account and routing number.
  • Choose your recurrence. You can give a one-time donation or setup a recurring donation from this menu.
  • Tap “Give” to process your donation
Other Features:
  • You can view your contribution history by tapping the History tab.
  • Donor profile settings can be adjusted by tapping the Settings tab.
  • Payment methods can be updated here.
  • Personal information (name, address) and Account details (email, password, and security pin) can be updated in this tab as well.
Mobile Giving Tips:
  • You can also use your mobile browser to give.
  • You can visit New Life's giving portal using your mobile browser on your smartphone or tablet to give via the mobile-friendly giving website.

Kiosk Giving (Coming Soon)

Donate to a Fund/Campaign:
  1. Select the “Give Now” option to donate to a particular fund.
  2. Select the particular fund you want your donation to go to.
  3. Enter the amount of the donation in the “Amount” field. To add additional comments to your gift enter it in the “Notes” field.
  4. Select “Give Now”. To change the budget chosen, select “Change Budget”.
  5. Select “Process Payment” or if you want to add more to your donation select “Add More to Gift”.
  6. Swipe your card with the stripe facing down in the card reader to the right.
  7. Enter your email address and select “Process Donation” to submit your donation, or click “Cancel Donation” to cancel.
  8. Enter any additional contact information and select “Save Information”, or select “Skip.”
  9. A prompt will appear saying “Your Gift was Successful”, click “Ok”.
Register for an Event
  1. Select “Event Registration.”
  2. Select which event you want to register for.
  3. Enter all the information listed on the form.
  4. Select “Submit Registration.”
  5. If the registration requires payment a prompt will appear asking you to swipe your card.
